Cassandra has been in the property industry for 14 years. Having worked in every aspect of property and development from property sales, management of one of Ray Whites largest commercial offices’ and the McGrath Land office, to controlling a rent roll of approx. $5mil per month for a leading ASX leading fund management company, through to sales and marketing manager for a multi-million dollar apartment and land estate developers all throughout SE Queensland and Sydney. She has also spent long hours with development teams and site managers so understands ins and out of property and each touch points vital role. Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and other real estate and property tools as well as industry contacts cement her long-term in the industry .
